Think about it – you run out of ammo with your primary weapon and enemies show no signs of stopping and keep swarming in, what do you do? You swap to your secondary weapon – instantly dealing additional damage and wiping out your enemies as you go. Secondary weapons are usually pistols, but which ones to choose and to use? We’ve got the answers right here.
Akbolto
These dual wielded pistols occupy your secondary arms slot and have double magazine capacity. Reloads in 2.6 seconds, 60 bullets in total and 10 rounds per second are all a part of an impressive resume that round out the Akbolto. The only cons to highlight are the low status chance and projectile travel time that make it harder to connect.
Nukor
4.0x… That’s the critical chance multiplier of Nukor and with that you could end its description. But it also has a high status chance and other cool effects that force enemies to tremble right before you. The drawbacks are: the range limitation of 20 meters, difficulty achieving a consistent streak of hitting moving targets.
Tysis
It’s an infested little brat that shoots bullets with corrosion, meaning armor damage over time to your enemy. Almost instant reload time of 1.2 seconds and sniper like accuracy with bullets not affected by gravity forces make Tysis a fun and great to use weapon. A low fire rate and a below par damage output should also be considered when choosing this.
Marelok
Marelok is an impact damage gun. Short 1.7 second reload time, extremely high base damage and status, base critical chances are just a few of the wonderful Marelok’s features. The worth mentioning negatives are long range ineffectiveness, small magazines and high recoil so Marelok is sort of a mini shotgun. Use it wisely.
Akvasto
Similar to the Akbolto – these are the dual wielded version of a secondary weapon. A sleek design that combines a western cowboy look with a futuristic space badass vibe is just exquisite. Speaking about the weapon it has almost everything: high damage, fire rate, critical damage chance and wonderful precision. Consider the 6 rounds (a piece) magazines when taking in to battle, count your shots.
A note from the editors: remember, there are no right or wrong answers when it comes to a choice with multiple options – these are our choices, they may not be the best options for you.
