Runewards (0)
Overview
Runewards is a free-to-play competitive strategy card game set in a fantasy themed world that allows players to battle one against another.
In Runewards, players are able to play Single player versus A.I. or Multiplayer versus other players in Unranked Matches.
Players can also compete in Seasonal Leagues, where reaching higher Leagues will reward the player with gifts (Chests, cards, Gold and Runes) depending on what position they finished at the end of the Season.
Cards
There are three types of cards in the game:
Unit
Units are cards that players can place on the Battlefield. Units have Power value and can also include Abilities.
Spell
Spell cards always have Abilities but never a Power value. Spells are used to alter other Units, Territories or even the entire Battlefield itself.
Hero
Hero card can be used for a one-time effect or a continuous and often weaker passive effect that lasts the entire round or match.
Card Details:
Power - Power is a number given to each Unit and it indicates how strong it is. The higher Power value - the better. The Power is shown on the top-left of the Unit cards.
Rarity - There are several rarities in the game assigned to the cards. Basic being the easiest to acquire and Mythical being the hardest. The Rarity is shown on the bottom of the cards.
Affiliation - Each Unit has its own Affiliation, whether it's Strength, Agility or Intelligence. The Affiliation indicates where the Unit can be placed on the Battlefield. The Affiliation is shown on the top-right of the Unit cards.
Ability - Many cards have Abilities, which can influence other Units, Territories or the entire Battlefield. The Ability is shown on the card description.

Redraw Phase
When the match begins, each player draw 10 random cards from their decks. The players can replace up to cards and draw new cards instead of them.
Turns
Each player can play only one card per Turn, it can be a Unit, Spell or a Hero card.
Rounds
A Match is played in best-of-three Rounds. A Round can be ended by pressing Pass or or by playing all the cards in the hand.
Pass
When the Pass button is pressed, the player effectively end all his actions for that Round. The other player can still play his cards until he chooses to Pass too. When both players Passed, the Rounds ends.
Total Power
The Player's Total Power is calculated by the Power Value of the Units on the Battlefield.
Territories/Affiliations
There are three lanes on the Battlefield for each player that Units can be placed on (based on Strength, Agility and Intelligence Affiliations).
Deckbuilder
In order to play a match, the player has to build a deck of cards in the Deckbuilder. The deck has to be composed of minimum 20 Units and 6 Spells, but no more than 28 Units and 14 Spells.
9 Decks is the maximum amount of Decks that can be created of different Armies.
