Wings Over Flanders Fields (0)
Overview
Wings Over Flanders Fields is a single player, flight simulator with a focus on immersion and historical accuracy. The game features a dynamic campaign system with a moving "No-mans land" front line, 80 flyable aircraft, and 450 squadrons.
Authentic, location specific scenery and weather are also a large focus of WoFF, highly detailed terrain textures are used to represent the various landscapes that WW1 pilots flew above, from pristine farmland to devastated frontlines and cities.
Land and Scenery progressively becomes damaged over time as the war becomes entrenched and stagnant, with vacillating front lines changing over the course of the war.
The four major seasons are rendered with accurate hues and snow build-up and thaw is also simulated in autumn and winter.
