Bobbleheads in the world of Fallout are specific figures created by Vault-Tec for executive staff of the company. These valuable items can be found in 3rd 4th parts of Fallout, they also appear in files of Fallout: New Vegas but not in the game itself. Bobbleheads are not only pretty statuettes, they have a positive effect and can increase the level of certain skill or attribute. That’s why we recommend finding each bobblehead.
Read these important hints about figures and their effects carefully:
- Each bobblehead can increase either skill by 10 points or attribute by 1 point.
- Bobbleheads can be stored on the stand in the player’s house.
- Figures will have no effect if you have the maximum level of feature.
- Bobbleheads received through the console will have no effect as well. But you can use the code «player.placeatme» to spawn bobbleheads near your location and pick them up.
Also, note that some bobbleheads can be found easily and others are well-guarded. There are several events during which you can grab bobbleheads but you cannot obtain them after these events finished. The full list of figures is below.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobbleheads
These statuettes increase one of the attributes by 1. As usual, it’s recommended to find bobbleheads before you raise the appropriate attribute to 10.
- Strength.
The bobblehead is in the house of Lucas Simms which is located exactly to the right of the entry to Megaton. Complete The Power of the Atom quest in favor of the city, and then you can enter without breaking. Respectively, the destruction of Megaton leaves you no chance at the house with this collectible thing will be ruined.
- Perception.
For this bobblehead, reach the Republic of Dave in the farthest northeast part of the map. There locate the Museum of Dave, the only building which you can unlock before dialogue with Dave. Be ready to a lot of enemies on the way to this location. Expedition for the statuette, however, can reward you with some valuable items and money.
- Endurance.
The bobblehead waits for brave explorers in the deathclaw sanctuary. Yeah, to grab it you have to pierce through the cave full of deathclaws. Thus, use a stealth boy to remain hidden or just visit this place with good armor and weapon. Locate a small platform near the brahmin corpse inside the cave but be aware of high-level enemies.
- Charisma.
To get this bobblehead you should locate Vault 108. It will be easier if you know about Canterbury Commons which is located just north of Vault 108. Also, you can start from Corvega Factory which is southwest of your target. Proceed to the Cloning lab in the western section where you will find the collectible item. Your enemies are only rats and clones.
- Intelligence.
The item is in the Rivet City. Enter this huge location through the central door and follow signs which lead to the Science lab. There is a table near lockers in the center. The bobblehead is on this table. Probably, it will be easier to locate the Rivet City and its Science lab while you are completing the Wasteland Survival Guide quest.
- Agility.
This bobblehead is in one of the most dangerous areas of the Capital Wasteland named the Greener Pastures disposal site. A lot of mutants and a high level of radiation wait for explorers there. Locate the office building surrounded by radiation clouds. Inside you will see a locked terminal with your target near it. Don’t forget about a radiation costume and Rad-X.
- Luck.
Locate the Arlington House in the middle of the self-titled cemetery to pick up this valuable item. It’s easy to travel there from Megaton. Just reach the Super Duper Mart and turn south where the district called Arlington Cemetery North is. After entering the main building, proceed to its basement and find there a shelf with collectibles.
Skill bobbleheads
These items help you to level up skills by 10. Similar to previous bobbleheads these ones have effect only if the level of skill is not maximal.
- Barter.
The object is in the Evergreen Mills, an abandoned factory full of raiders. Just go west from Megaton to approach it. You also can locate Smith Casey’s garage and travel west from there. Prepare for tough fights with a lot of raiders and their slaves. Your goal is to find a trader called Smiling Jack at the back part of Bazaar. Your target is in stock behind Jack.
- Big Guns.
Travel to Fort Constantine in the northwest part of the map between satellite dishes. Different robots guard this place, so you want to equip yourself very well. Locate the CO quarters in the territory and go down the building. The item you are looking for waits in a safe with money and launchcodes for missiles.
- Energy Weapons.
To find this figure you just should follow the American Dream quest. During it, you will enter the Enclave’s base called Raven Rock. Explore it and try to find the big door between sections 2B and 2C. Enter the leftmost door after this entrance and you will find the apartments of Colonel Autumn with the target. Be sure to find it before finishing the quest.
- Explosives.
WKML Broadcast Station with this statuette is located just south of Fort Constantine which position we revealed earlier. You are looking for the manhole at the south side of the station. It could be easier to locate with the enabled broadcast signal. Simply find the place where it will be stronger. The collectible is inside as well as other cool items.
- Lockpick.
This valuable item is right in the eastern part of the Bethesda Ruins. Travel northeast from Megaton or southwest from Wheaton Armory. Most likely, you will enter the western tower at first. Clear it and use a bridge to enter another tower. The object is in the center of this building, you will locate it for sure.
- Medicine.
As for us, it’s the easiest to find item, because you can pick it up during the training part in Vault 101. We recommend finding this item as soon as possible. Just locate your Dad’s medical table to success. The last chance to pick up this figure is during the Trouble on the Homefront quest, after this, you cannot return to this vault.
- Melee Weapons.
Okay, it will be a bit difficult. At first, find the Dunwich Building in the farthest southwest part of the world. Explore it but be ready to fight with ghouls. Here the mask of ghouls may be helpful. Your way lies down to the bottom-most chambers. Don’t stop until you reach the last door and explore the metallic room before it. Your target is on the floor.
- Repair.
Probably, you know about Arefu, a strange locality on the bridge northwest of Megaton. There are 4 houses including Evan King’s one. It is locked, so you have to increase the lockpick skill at least to 50. Enter this house, grab collectibles to the left of the entry and leave. Try to remain unseen as locals may blame you.
- Science.
This item is right in Vault 106 that you can find moving southeast from Arefu or northwest from Vault 101, your native vault. Hallucinations and insane habitants will attack you, so keep your vigilance. Enter the living quartets at the bottom floor in Vault 106 and find the easternmost room with the desired object.
- Small Guns.
Again, use our previous tips! For now, you should enter the National Guard depot. It’s directly south of Vault 108 described in the Charisma topic. Pass through the Depot Training Area and the Depot Offices to find a switch on the 3rd floor. Activate it and come back to the base level where the previously locked room with collectibles is.
- Sneak.
This one is in the yao guai tunnels to the northwest of Smith Casey’s garage described in the first topic of this paragraph. Tunnels are just between two large cliffs. Enter it prepared to hard fights with beasts or long crawling through location. Head east until you reach the large door. The desired item is behind it.
- Speech.
To find this item you have to enter the Paradise Falls. There are three ways to infiltrate: accept the Strictly Business quest and enslave some people, pay 500 caps to the guards, complete the Rescue from Paradise quest or simply kill everybody here. Find the table in Eulogy’s pad near the entrance to pick up the collectible.
- Unarmed.
There are a lot of unmarked locations in the world of the game. For this object, you should find Rockopolis, one of such locations. It’s located near Smith Casey’s garage to the west. A big banner highlighted at night will guide you. There is a large boulder through which you can enter Rockopolis tight under this banner. The item is near the body of Argyle.
Now you know how to grab every bobblehead! Don’t wait and try to do this as items can greatly increase your stats.
