Assassin’s Creed Liberation is not extremely rich with outfits. Basically you get 3 outfits (to suit each persona), that are: Assassin outfit, Slave outfit, and Lady outfit. Each of those outfits can be customized at any tailor shop where you can choose the colors you like (that’s what the main difference is between different clothing items of the same persona is - they go in different colors).

There is also one temporary outfit in Assassin’s Creed Liberation. You will get to wear New York outfit once, during the A Fool’s Errand mission. New York Outfit is worn by Aveline on this specific memory only and cannot be equipped later.
However you can get 3 additional outfits after completing some in-game challenges. You will be rewarded with these 3 outfits after getting all persona specific collectible in the game. You will have to get all Voodoo Dolls, steal Assassin’s Coins, and collect Jeweled Brooches.
Assassin’s Creed Liberation special outfits include:
Bayou Hunter Outfit, which looks so damn cool you will want to wear it all the time. I’m serious. You will be rewarded with this really good-looking Bayou Hunter Outfit after beating the shit out of 10 smugglers that are located in New Orleans and the Bayou, and stealing Assassin’s Coins from them. Chichen Itza Disguise Outfit will be yours after finding 10 hougans and stealing their Voodoo dolls. The hougans you’re looking for are waiting in New Orleans and the Bayou. Here is how special slave outfit or Chichen Itza Disguise looks like on Aveline:
Charming Dress Outfit is acquired after getting all 10 Jeweled Brooches from gentlemen in New Orleans. All you have to do is charm them and they will be more than willing to give those brooches away. Wearing Charming Dress Outfit will give Aveline 50% discount when trying to bribe someone. Aveline in the Charming Dress outfit here:
