Overview

Dragon Quest Heroes is an action RPG developed by for PlayStation consoles. As the game shares the same developer, the game features several similarities to the series, most notably it;s large scale battles. Heroes differs from the Warriors series however by putting a broad emphasis on summoning monsters. Once a monster is defeated in battle they can be called up by the players to defend portions of the map, this is necessary in some areas leading many to argue that the game is, at least partly, a game, or at least contains significant TD elements.
