According to Polium, the console will be coming in late summer or early fall in 2024. This is quite a reasonable timeframe considering that we are talking about relatively new technology that is being introduced to console gaming for the first time.

The company has also received a lot of criticism where people have pointed out that the console’s logo looks very similar to the GameCube logo only upside down.
After the Twitter post got so much attention, the company stated that they didn’t copy the GameCube logo, but they are willing to change it to something more original.
Additionally, the Polium Discord server also received a lot of criticism just because it launched with no moderation, which is sort of a ‘scam alert’. The channel was opened in order to get ‘ideas and feedback from the community but it quickly turned into a paradise for NFT scams due to a lack of moderation.
